GONE--please read

My customers are THE BEST.

Even though the cutting blades sold out yesterday in 10 min (12?)--and I didn't get them for those I was ordering for--every one of you thanked me for trying.

I woke up to an email of the same.

You are THE BEST.

Thank you.

...for your patience, understanding, and even thankfulness.

I appreciate you!

On the other hand, yesterday was probably a pretty rough day at the Stampin' Up! office.

Stampin' Up! just wants to make us happy and sell great product and touch peoples' lives through paper crafting.

THEY have 55,000 demonstrators worldwide--PLUS all of you--to make happy.

(I don't have 55,000 customers btw.)

People weren't happy yesterday; and yet so much of it is out of their control.

I hope you ALREADY KNOW what an incredible company Stampin' Up! is.

Sara Douglass, CEO, has the same heart for Stampin' Up! that her mom does. (And not surprisingly if you know me at all--she somehow makes me cry at every event I attend or see where she speaks. Every time.)

Stampin' Up! has teams in place to work on solutions to these inventory problems--AND they have the other departments brainstorming as well.

They all are working towards what's best for us--the best products, the best customer service, the best shipping times....

(A couple of you who DID get through yesterday, your blades already shipped! YESTERDAY!)

So THANK YOU for your extreme patience and understanding!

Cuz I love Stampin' Up! And I love YOU!

I am SO EXCITED about this card!!

I LOVE the new color Purple Posy, but the ink has a quality issue (foaming) SU! is working on.

So I had to find a way to use it without the ink.

Guess what.

It coordinates beautifully with Blackberry Bliss (layer).

And Highland Heather (Daisy).

And Gorgeous Grape (Glitter Enamel Dot center).

(And probably Rich Razzleberry too. But I didn't use that here.)

Daisy Lane bundle, www.dazzledbystamping.com

Purple Posy AND Blackberry Bliss AND Daisy Lane AND Gingham AND Glitter (dots)!

What could be better????

Well maybe some Stitched Dies, but that might be more than I prefer at that point.

(If you didn't notice, while Gingham Gala DSP is gone...all the DSP Color Collection Stacks--top of pg 168--have a gingham design side in each of the colors.)

And have I told you I love, "It's your time to shine"?

So that was one of my projects for clubs this month.

Ok, well before I go, I have a giveaway!

If you read all the way to the end here, you deserve a prize!

(Do you know how much it helps me when you READ my blog or emails??? SO.MUCH. It's the easiest way to keep ALL of you informed of anything you need to know!)

So I'm giving away a stack of the new In Color 2019-2021 DSP.

(Rococo Rose is pictured; but the other colors are Purple Posy, Pretty Peacock, Seaside Spray & Terracotta Tile.)

Here's the deal:

  • By Sunday night, 6/30/19...
  • Comment here on my blog (as in, click on my blog if you're seeing this through your email, and click comment--at the bottom)...
  • Tell me what item SPEAKS to you in the new catalog! What is your favorite product or bundle or DSP or color? If you'd like to tell me your fave of ALL of those, that sounds great! But it won't help your chances in the random drawing. ;)
  • I will draw a name and announce the winner on my blog Monday; I'll either mail it to you or put it in your bag if you already have an order here waiting for you.
  • TELL ME WHAT YOU LOVE!! Good luck!!

Have an exceptional weekend!!

(7 days until we leave on our trip!! Woohoo!!)

Haha—Marilyn, I love that Magnolia Lane YELLS at you!! You better get it then!

The catalog item that yells at me is the Magnolia Lane Suite. I love it all.

Sarah--sounds like you have FUN creating!! That's great. Glad you can revisit the 70s with your gingham. I'm not a 70s person at all--especially in music, even though I know a lot of it. I always tell Todd, even though I'll sing along, doesn't mean I like it! haha!! Love the gingham though!

Steph / Dazzled By Stamping

Ruth--Cherry Cobbler IS an awesome color! I usually only tend to use it in the winter though. Love the ginghams, too!!

Steph / Dazzled By Stamping

Mary Kay--I love that you have an "out west" trip every year. Is at least one of your grandkids volunteering with you in Medora, ND? I know you usually take a trip with 1 or 2 of them. I MISS seeing you! I hope you come see me when you order. ;) Enjoy your trip! ps: I love all the ginghams too!

Becky--such a wonderful reason to love the Come Sail Away Suite!!! Are you counting the days yet? Or just months/weeks? And you're welcome for the card!

Steph / Dazzled By Stamping

Marcia--Thank you so very much for your kind words! I appreciate that. Yes, Sailing Home seems to be very popular! And it's such a good masculine set. (Thanks for keeping me in business. haha!)

Linda--you KNOW I love the Peacock Specialty DSP!!!

Sarah Laing

I can’t ever pick one favorite color. I love them all and love matching them up. I then surprise myself at how pretty my card turns out. I love 💕 the gingham paper. The 70s revisited. I have always loved gingham and thrilled it’s back in. Any type of sparkle to pearls is the frosting on my card.

Ruth Jones

While Cherry Cobbler is still my all time favorite, I love the new papers with the gingham. So many fun things to do with the gingham paper

Mary Kay

I love the new colors and all the new stamps. I am traveling now for 6 weeks. Our annual “out west” trip. We will be volunteering for a week in Medora, ND. Such a fun place - check it out!
My favorite in the new catalog is the gingham papers!! I’ll be ordering when I get back home.

Becky Gates

Thank you so much for the beautiful birthday card! Love the colors! ONE of the items I love in the new catalog is the come sail away suite. I am attracted to it because of my retirement plans for the east coast. Love the anchors!

Marcia Hill

Before I tell you what my favorite item in the new catalog is (like I could really pick just ONE??!!), I just wanted to say what a great post this was about the cutting blades and trying to keep every one happy...I thought you explained it beautifully Steph!! It's very obvious how much you love SU! and how much your customers do too! :0) I'm sure you're thinking I'd pick a flower set for my favorite, but I actually really like the Sailing Home set! And I am also in love with the new storage trays...had lots of fun organizing my desk to fit them on, and now I want more, plus the new style ink pads and markers! Guess I'll help keep you in business for awhile!! Love ya!! :0)

Linda Stearns

I love the peacock foil paper, and I love all of the fun animal sets in the catalog, especially the get well set with the giraffe with a knot in his neck. Lol.

Steph / Dazzled By Stamping

OH SHARON!!! I totally forgot you were going on a trip too!!! So exciting!!! Have a FABULOUS time!!!! That sounds so great to be all organized and have cool storage containers to get all set up! Can't wait to hear about your trip too!

Sharon Kruse

I am commenting since I read all the way through the message. I love the new catalog. I worked hard to clean and organize my card room and can’t wait to order the storage containers at next club. I found through cleaning that my paper stock is low so I hope to add a few new colors like terra-cotta tile and pretty peacock. I leave Tuesday for London/Paris. You have a great trip and I will too.

Steph / Dazzled By Stamping

Oh Janet--I love that DSP, too! I JUST got it but haven't played with it yet!

Steph / Dazzled By Stamping

Noel--I'm giving you a shout out here, so I don't forget you! You definitely commented on my blog, but somehow missed THIS post!! Can't wait to see your projects with Set Sail bundle plus the others!

Janet Bignall

I love the bold colors in the See A Silhouette DSP. Looking forward to ordering it.

Steph / Dazzled By Stamping

I know Teresa!! I’m sorry I never sent one! I was very distracted when I had a chance to send them bulk mail n missed the deadline! Then I didn’t wanna pay full price on shipping. :/ Glad you like the card! You made me remember I have one for you but didn’t wanna send it the same time I sent Isabela’s BD card. :)

I have to admit that I’ve not seen the new catalog yet...gasp! But, I love this card and am I’d have to say that “It’s Your Time to Shine” speaks to me also!
