Ok, the BIGGEST reveal?

Stampin' Up! is doing a color REVAMP!

AND they are redesigning their ink pads!!

I didn't realize molds (for the ink pad case, etc) have a shelf life, but they do.

It was time to replace the old molds, and SU! decided to innovate.

Of course!!!

Smart.

It was the perfect time for the (promised 3-5 years) color Refresh!

(The last REFRESH was 2013; the last REVAMP--big change--was 2010.)

There will be some NEW and some RETURNING FAVORITES!

Here are the COLORS retiring:

(ALL ink pad colors will show retiring on the Retired List, because the pads are changing. But these are the COLORS that are leaving.)

  • 2016-2018 In Colors (Dapper Denim, Emerald Envy, Peekaboo Peach, Sweet Sugarplum)--NOT Flirty Flamingo; it's staying!
  • Always Artichoke
  • Elegant Eggplant
  • Island Indigo :(
  • Perfect Plum
  • Rose Red
  • Chocolate Chip
  • Tangerine Tango
  • Tempting Turquoise
  • Pink Pirouette
  • Marina Mist
  • Soft Sky
  • Wild Wasabi
  • Wisteria Wonder

  • Basic Black pad (SU! is bringing back Jet Black StazOn and keeping Tuxedo Black Memento)
  • Basic Gray pad will no longer be Archival but rather Classic/water-based die ink like the other colors. (Sorry I don't remember SU!'s thinking on that.)

Shop online 24/7!

If you have/love any of the above colors, make sure you get your cardstock and ink refills NOW before they're gone!

Here are the Colors returning:

  • Blackberry Bliss (YAY!!!)
  • Coastal Cabana
  • Flirty Flamingo
  • Mint Macaron
  • Mossy Meadow
  • Poppy Parade

I'll give you more info about NEW colors when I can put together a visual.

Here are some of the features you'll love about the new ink pad design:

  • still firm foam
  • still flip top (you know that's because having the pad flipped makes it stay inked longer, right?)
  • stackable
  • spot for the color label on the inside of the pad, too! [so you don't mix up Basic Gray with Blackberry Bliss when the pads are open ;) ]
  • easy to open
  • bigger color label on the front
  • defoamer added so there aren't (sometimes) bubbles on your pad when you use it

Couple more notes:

  • Remember Spectrum ink pads??? They're coming back, uninked! Yay!!
  • 6x6 Wood Textures DSP is the only one staying. Yay we get to keep it!!
  • Daphne, the Boxwood Wreaths Embellishments are staying. ;)

I can order new catalogs on May 1.

  • My catalogs are FREE to you. It's my storefront, so I want you to have it! :)
  • If you're in a club with me, I'll order you one.
  • If you're still stamping with me and you've always gotten one from me, I'll order you one.
  • If you're unsure, contact me, and I'll order you one.
  • I'll let you know when they're available to pick up! (My long distance stampers, you know I'll mail them to you.)

I MAY be back again today with more color info.

I'll see what I can do!

As always, if you have any questions, let me know!!!

Fabulous OnStage Milwaukee!!

A Stampin' Up! Event never disappoints!

Did I tell you that I found out a day or 2 before we were leaving that Shelli Gardner was gonna be in Milwaukee????

SO COOL!!

4 Dazzling Demos + Shelli ♥:

Steph, Judy Cole, Shelli Gardner, Arlene Dassance, Nadine Stolt
Steph, Judy Cole, Shelli Gardner, Arlene Dassance, Nadine Stolt

Shelli is so warm and gracious and simply amazing!

OnStage was such a great time!!

We met up with another friend we met a few years ago (stayed in rooms next to her and her team.)

And then we met 2 new people who sat at our table!

They were a great addition!

Such a fun day!!

I mean, how can you NOT have a fun time when you're stamping together???

Here's a few of us. Oh! There were NO PERFECT PICS, so you're getting a few of them. (Mostly because the ones everyone else looks FABULOUS in, I'm struggling! haha!)

Bev Mamayek, Arlene Dassance, Steph, Sandi Phelan, Judy Cole, Nadine Stolt

We got our new catalogs early in the day, and they gave us 15 minutes to look at them before moving on! WHAT????

Btw we're sworn to secrecy until later this afternoon (1pm MT) when the retired list is released.

All I can say is it's fantastic!!

So no project pics or info yet.

We got to play with new products and take many home!

[And I have to say, I got first pick from the tote at the end of the day--because I was the YOUNGEST! Woohoo!!! ;) ]

We celebrated with Judy Cole for earning her Level 1 Quick Start! (specific sales in a specific amount of time as a new demonstrator)

I forgot to take a pic of her standing and waving though. :/

She's already earned level 2 as well, but that didn't happen before the deadline for this time of recognition.

CONGRATULATIONS JUDY!!!

We got CUPCAKES in the afternoon, because we're celebrating the 30 year anniversary of SU!

And we got LOTS OF SWAPS!!!

I'll be sharing many of those probably starting tomorrow.

It was so much fun sharing this day with more of my team!

You know I love a big group! (Think Hostess Appreciation???)

This day is like THAT!

But with a boxed lunch. hee-hee!

(I heard the number 1,000 mentioned this time. LOTS of demonstrators!)

Do YOU wanna come with me next time???

I'd love to have you on my team!

And you know you can join without any obligation right?

You don't HAVE to hold classes.

The ONLY requirement to KEEP being a demonstrator (and being able to go to events like these) is selling or buying $300 of product per quarter--starting with your first FULL quarter.

Ok, I gotta go for now!

Have a spectacular day!

And I'll be back later with the Retired List and a little more info!

Woohoo!!

There are other OnStage events all over the world, but WE get her this time!

Yay!!

Another SURE THING...

I have a few things for you today...

#1  Last night I realized another SURE THING that's gonna retire:

ALL DESIGNER SERIES PAPER (DSP).

The only possible exception is the Fresh Florals DSP Stack (big pad of all the 2017-2019 In Colors.)

Stampin' Up! does it every year.

They want our catalogs fresh.

So keep that in mind if you have some favorites--full catalog or Occasions.

They won't come back.

The rest of the Retired List will be posted after 1pm (MT).

#2  We're still close to SAB and I never shared this cutie:

Party Pandas (SAB), www.dazzledbystamping.com

#3  I have an important Stamparatus Tips Video for you.

Many of you have the Stamparatus in your hands; many more of you will be using one at my clubs/classes.

It comes with VERY STRONG magnets, which are also VERY BRITTLE.

Please WATCH THIS VIDEO for tips on how to take care of them--and also to see what can happen if you don't:

Sale-a-Bration Countdown (1...)

Party Pandas are my favorite!!!!

And it sounds like they were quite a popular choice among other SAB shoppers, too!

My Stamp-a-Stackers got to enjoy the Pandas AND made full use of the Stamparatus, too!

The Stamparatus can't be ordered until the new catalog goes live on June 1--UNLESS you already reserved one during one of the reservation windows.

Here are the Party Panda cards we made--along with the Tutti Fruiti Cards & Envelopes:

Party Pandas (SAB), Tutti Fruiti Cards & Envelopes (SAB), www.dazzledbystamping.com

I have to mention about the Stamparatus....

We used it on:

  • all the Stitched Squares/Pandas
  • the Classic Label (punch piece) on the blue card
  • the balloon and Happy Birthday on the green card (though I didn't use it on my sample; I thought of using it AFTER seeing my words NOT STRAIGHT!)
  • the "Hi" on the yellow card

One of the features of the Stamparatus that cannot be overstated is the fact that if you don't ink up your image well enough the first time, YOU CAN RE-INK IT and stamp it again!!! And it's a perfect match!! Aaahhhh!! :D

Stamp-a-Stack LOVE!!

We had such a fun Stamp-a-Stack last night!!

It's a great time to make LOTS of cards.

Everything we used focused on Sale-a-Bration products, and I have SO MUCH to show you!!

But first I wanna show you a card we made at my clubs the past month.

Partly why I'm showing this to you now is because I just scheduled my MOMS, DADS, GRADS, BRIDES & BABIES Stamp-a-Stack for next month.

And we WILL be using this WATERFRONT set for the DADS (or masculine) card:

Waterfront, www.dazzledbystamping.com

Isn't this amazing???

Waterfront is very similar to the High Tide (lighthouse) set.

We used  a lot of stamps--but it's not at all hard to make a beautiful scene like this.

And it makes me wanna BE THERE! :)

Do you like my radiating sun?

Do you remember the technique The Donna? (She dropped her stamp on mistake and tried something to fix it.)

Stamp the sun once--and then continue stamping many more times kind of in a circle on/around it.

The technique softens the look and can even be used with line images that you'd typically color.

Perfect for a girl like me, huh??

QUICK REMINDER--you have through Saturday to:

  • place any orders to earn free SAB items with every $50 order (SHOP HERE)
  • sign up to be a Demonstrator and take advantage of the ULTIMATE BUNDLE (JOIN HERE)
  • sign up for the #2 Perennial Birthday Card Class (RSVP HERE)

Shop online 24/7!

Ok back to Stamp-a-Stacks....

I'll be sharing more from last night for the next few days at least.

Here's the details on the DAD, MOMS, GRADS, BRIDES & BABIES Stamp-a-Stack:

Thursday, April 26, 7pm, my home (RSVP HERE)

It's THAT time of year! And I'm even scheduling in time for Mother's Day again this year! ;)

We'll be making a stack of cards--3 each of 5 designs with envelopes:

  • Mother's Day--or at least a feminine design
  • Father's Day--or at least a masculine design
  • Graduation
  • Wedding or anniversary
  • Baby

The class fee is $30 or free if you place a $50 order that night (or I'll add a valid hostess code within a month of the class that you can use to order before class.)

Please sign up by Monday, April 16.

**If I have enough interest, I would consider also having a morning class. Let me know if that interests you.

Thanks for checkin in today!

Have an amazing day!!
